Someone's got a lot of time on their hands, I'm glad I'm not his neighbour, this might get annoying.
I wonder what he does for Christmas? Honestly, really impressive! If I had that ability to rig lights like this I may have more incentive to decorate for the holidays, or as this guy does, every holiday!
